Study trip to Monflanquin

From April 8 to 10, 2024, 2nd and 3rd year art students made a study trip to Monflanquin (47), to meet the team at Pollen, an artists’ residence.

The program included

Day 1:

• Presentation of the residencies and the project @pollen_monflanquin
• Meeting with artist Camille Beauplan

Day 2:

• Meeting with Alice Guerin and Elias Hanselmann, artists in residence
• Roundtable discussion on the professionalization of artists.
• Screening of the film by Nicolas Daubannes in the presence of the mayor of Lacapelle Biron.

Day 3:

• How to set up an art project in a school environment and round table on cultural mediation issues.
• Visit to the artist’s studio Pierre Clerk
