VAE 2025-26

VAE, or Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience, is a means of gaining access to diplomas (DNA and DNSEP) for people engaged in working life. It enables professional skills to be recognized by a title, a certificate of qualification or a professional diploma.

Le grand huit has been coordinating this scheme since its inception. The next session will be run by the École supérieure d’art et de design des Pyrénées, with monthly face-to-face or videoconferencing sessions for the duration of the program.

The 2025-2026 session is now open:

Reminder: Le Grand Huit is an association bringing together all 5 art colleges and 2 public preparatory classes in New Aquitaine, under the supervision of the French Ministry of Culture.
